CHALLENGE
A federal agency needed procurement improvements fast but lacked resources for their long-term vision. They were uncertain where to start or what would deliver the most impact.
RESULT
Through user research, I was able to identify root causes of delays they were experiencing and enabled a phased product development approach. The MVP was designed and delivered in advance of the next procurement surge they faced, having an immediate impact in the efficiency of IT acquisitions at the agency. Two years later, the product continues evolving—and we never needed the expensive original idea.
